Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and train new joinees (telecallers / field executives / relationship officers)

• Drive loan & insurance sales closures and achieve monthly targets

• Ensure strong product knowledge training for loans (Personal, Home, Business, etc.) and insurance products

• Monitor team performance, daily reports, and conversion ratios

• Handle key clients, escalations, and high-value closures

• Develop sales strategies to improve productivity and revenue

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

• Coordinate with partners, banks, and insurance companies

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Manager in Loan and/or Insurance

• Strong knowledge of loan & insurance products

• Proven ability to close sales and lead a team

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset

• Experience in training and mentoring sales teams
