Monitor daily calling activities and ensure team targets are achieved

Train and guide team members to improve communication and conversion skills

Handle escalated customer queries and provide solutions

Track performance metrics and prepare daily/weekly reports

Ensure proper follow-up with clients and lead management

Maintain discipline, productivity, and positive work environment

Coordinate with sales and backend teams for smooth processing
