Telesales & Onboarding Team Lead
Sales Operations | Chennai | Immediate Joining | ₹40,000–₹45,000 + Incentives
Role Overview
We are hiring a results-driven Sales & Onboarding Leader to head our telesales and partner onboarding operations.
This is not a calling job — this is a leadership role where you will own targets, manage teams, improve processes, and drive business growth.
If you have experience leading telesales teams and consistently achieving aggressive numbers, this is your opportunity to take full ownership and grow into a senior operations role.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end telesales & onboarding operations to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Manage and guide Team Leads & Executives to improve conversion, activation & go-live metrics
Own the complete onboarding lifecycle – lead allocation, documentation, verification & setup
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene & onboarding SOPs
Maintain MIS reports, dashboards & productivity tracking
Coordinate with Ops, Product & Support teams for smooth partner onboarding
Analyze data, identify gaps & drive continuous improvement
Handle escalations and ensure partner satisfaction
✅ Requirements
5–6+ years experience in hardcore telesales or call center sales
2+ years in Team Lead / Supervisor / Manager role
Strong team handling & target ownership experience
Experience in onboarding or sales operations (FMCG / FoodTech / E-commerce / Hospitality preferred)
Familiar with CRM/onboarding tools & compliance processes
Multilingual: Tamil + English mandatory (Hindi/Telugu/Malayalam is a plus)
Highly energetic, data-driven & execution-focused
