Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Team Leader – Home Loan Telecalling to manage a team of telecallers, generate qualified home loan leads, and drive business through effective customer engagement and follow-ups.

The ideal candidate should have strong team management, communication, sales conversion, and lead-generation skills, preferably within the Home Loan industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of home loan telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

• Generate qualified leads for Home Loans through outbound calling and customer follow-ups.

• Explain home loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation requirements, and application procedures to prospective customers.

• Handle leads for home purchase, resale, balance transfer, and loan against property (LAP), wherever applicable.

• Allocate leads to team members and monitor calling productivity, follow-ups, and conversion rates.

• Ensure regular follow-ups with interested customers and coordinate with the sales team for appointments and field visits.

• Monitor daily calling reports, lead status, team performance, and business pipeline.

• Conduct regular team meetings, call monitoring, and coaching to improve conversion rates.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update lead details in the CRM or MIS.

• Ensure professional customer communication and compliance with company policies.

• Coordinate with sales managers and the processing team to track lead progress and business closures.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Home Loan products and the loan sales process.

• Proven experience in telecalling team handling and lead generation.

• Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage targets, team productivity, and lead conversion.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM systems, and daily MIS reporting.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 3 years of experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably in Home Loans or financial services.

• Previous experience handling a team of telecallers.

• Experience in achieving sales targets and generating qualified leads.

• Candidates with banking, NBFC, mortgage, or home loan DSA experience will be preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of calls and leads generated.

• Qualified leads and appointments scheduled.

• Lead-to-appointment and appointment-to-login conversion rates.

• Team productivity and monthly business contribution.

• Follow-up efficiency and lead conversion performance.
