Telecalling

We are looking for a Telecalling to join our team at at Aziels Technologies Private Limited. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹12,000 - ₹19,500 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.

• Answer questions about products or the company.

• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and transfer the call to the senior. (Each call will be transferred to the TL).

• Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.

• Keeping records of calls and sales and note useful information.

• Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.

• Customer service skills and high energy levels.

• Excellent knowledge of English with reading, writing and speaking proficiency.

• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
