Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and support the sales team by scheduling appointments and following up with prospects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Explain the company's products and services effectively.

• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

• Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into sales.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.

• Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate.

• 6months–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi; knowledge of English is an added advantage.

• Positive attitude and persuasive communication skills.
