• One candidate for: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• One candidate for: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Job Overview:

Madhavbaug Clinic is looking for a dedicated and proactive Patient Calling Executive to manage patient communication, handle lead calls, and assist in booking appointments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in cold calling, and basic knowledge of MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with leads provided by the clinic

• Explain clinic services, treatments, and benefits to patients clearly

• Convince potential patients and schedule clinic visits/appointments

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Maintain call records, lead status, and follow-ups in MS Office (Excel/CRM)

• Build trust and maintain a positive relationship with patients

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling / telecalling (Healthcare experience is a plus)

• Good communication skills (Hindi required, English preferred)

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and clarity

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in healthcare, clinic, or wellness industry

• Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
