Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled VMC Operator with hands-on experience on Siemens-controlled machines and strong knowledge of machining processes. The candidate will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining VMC machines while ensuring precision and quality in production.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
✅ Operate and set up VMC machines
✅ Work with Siemens control systems
✅ Read and interpret engineering drawings
✅ Perform job setting, tool offset, program calling, and basic program editing
✅ Ensure machining accuracy as per specifications
✅ Inspect components using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
✅ Maintain machine cleanliness and report breakdowns
✅ Achieve daily production targets while ensuring quality
🎯 Requirements
🔹 Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in VMC operation
🔹 Proficiency with Siemens controllers
🔹 Ability to read 2D mechanical drawings
🔹 Knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.)
🔹 Strong understanding of machining processes
