Job Title: Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive

Company: Sumit Trading Company

Location: Vikalp Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce solar power solutions.

* Answer incoming calls and address customer queries regarding solar products and services.

* Identify customer needs, pitch suitable solar packages, and schedule appointments for the sales team.

* Follow up on leads generated through online platforms and local campaigns.

* Maintain an accurate log of call details, customer feedback, and status in the database.

Requirements & Skills:

* Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any field.

* Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, outbound sales, or customer service (Solar industry experience is a plus).

* Communication: Clear verbal communication in Hindi; basic understanding of English.

* Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive selling ability, and a customer-centric attitude.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office or phone logging apps is preferred.
