Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to connect with prospective clients interested in immigration, study visas, work permits, and permanent residency programs. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide basic information about immigration services, and schedule consultations for immigration advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
Explain immigration programs, visa options, and company services.
Generate and qualify leads through phone conversations.
Schedule appointments and consultations for immigration consultants.
Maintain accurate client records in CRM software.
Follow up with prospects and existing clients.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or immigration consulting preferred.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of immigration and visa processes.
Sales and lead-conversion experience.
