Position: Telecalling Executive / Customer Support
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing information about services, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Make and receive customer calls.
Explain company products/services to customers.
Resolve customer queries politely and professionally.
Maintain call records and update customer details.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge.
