We are looking for a Tele caller staff(Female candidate) to join our leading company Raynex Power Solution. We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Tele caller staff to help streamline our operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. Role & Responsibilities Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services. Inbound Handling: Answer incoming calls, provide information, and resolve customer queries. Lead Generation: Identify prospects, qualify leads, and pass them to the sales team. Follow-ups: Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure conversions and satisfaction. Database Management: Update CRM systems with accurate customer details and call outcomes. Relationship Building: Establish trust and rapport with customers to encourage loyalty.QualificationsMinimum 12 th and above e.g., High School/Diploma/Graduate].Prior experience in tele calling, customer service.
