Job Summary
We are seeking a Telesales Executive with strong English communication skills to connect with customers over phone calls, understand their requirements, and convert leads into successful sales. The role requires confidence, clarity in spoken English, and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Calling
Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
Communicate fluently in English to explain products/services
Understand customer needs and close sales effectively
Follow up on interested leads and pending closures
CRM & Documentation
Update customer details and call outcomes in CRM
Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups
Share daily and weekly performance reports
Customer Experience
Handle objections confidently in English
Maintain professional and courteous communication
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order closure
Mandatory Requirements
Excellent spoken English (Mandatory)
Clear pronunciation and confidence on calls
Ability to explain, convince, and negotiate in English
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Willingness to work with targets
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Prior experience in telesales / inside sales / call center
Exposure to B2C or B2B sales
Familiarity with CRM tools
