🧠 Experience: 1.5+ Years (Tele-calling – General Insurance)

💰 CTC: Hike on Current Salary

🔹 Eligibility:

✔ Graduate in any discipline

✔ Experience in General Insurance sector preferred

✔ Fluent in Bengali, Hindi & English

✔ Strong communication & persuasion skills

✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools

✔ Female candidates preferred

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers & promote insurance products

• Understand client needs & suggest suitable plans

• Follow up & convert leads to achieve sales targets

• Handle customer queries & objections professionally

• Maintain CRM records & client database

• Explain policy details, renewals & claim processes

• Coordinate with backend for policy issuance

• Resolve complaints & ensure customer satisfaction
