Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive (Telecalling) to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in handling outbound/inbound calls, generating leads, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

- Handle inbound enquiries and qualify leads.

- Explain project details and address customer queries.

- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

- Maintain customer data and follow up regularly.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

- Update CRM and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Eligibility

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Pre-Sales, Telesales, or Customer Service.

- Experience in the Real Estate industry will be preferred.

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is an added advantage).

- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.

- Positive attitude with strong convincing and negotiation skills.
