About the Role

Nedisha Group is looking for a confident and communication-focused Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls, generate leads and support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Generate and qualify leads through calling.

• Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.

• Understand customer requirements and share relevant information.

• Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and enquiries.

• Maintain accurate calling records and daily reports.

• Handle customer queries professionally.

• Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service or a similar role.

• Good English communication skills are mandatory.

• Knowledge of Gujarati is required as a regional language.

• Confident and professional communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and internet usage.

• Candidate must have their own laptop.

• Ability to work with daily/weekly targets.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
