Responsibilities: Inbound/Outbound Calls Good Communication Should Know Hindi And Kannada And English Inform Customers About The Company's Products/Services And Offers Manage Inbound/ Outbound Customer Calls In A Timely Manner Generate Leads That Develop Into New Customers Identify Customer Needs And Convince The Customer To Buy The Product/Service Gain Comprehensive Product/Service Knowledge And Clarify Information Wherever Required
