Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Tele Caller Executive with 0 months to 1 year of experience in the background verification domain or related telecalling/lead generation roles. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving our lead generation efforts by conducting outbound calls to prospective clients, verifying critical information, and ensuring a seamless flow of qualified leads for our services. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for

detail, and the ability to build rapport effectively over the phone in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively conduct outbound calls to prospective clients,

references, and stakeholders to identify and generate qualified leads for True Verification Services.

•Database Management & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive call logs, update client databases,

and generate reports to support lead generation, verification workflows, and performance tracking.

•Client Engagement & Support: Handle inquiries, address objections politely, nurture potential

leads, and escalate complex cases to senior management or relevant departments as required.

•Compliance & Quality Assurance: Adhere strictly to data protection regulations and company

policies to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance in all interactions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

•Experience: 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in background verification, tele-calling,

customer service, or lead generation roles.

•Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication.

•Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to build rapport, manages high call volumes, and handle

customer queries with professionalism and efficiency.

•Availability: Immediate availability to join or within 7 days of offer acceptance.
