Job Title: Telecaller Executive

We are looking for a Telecaller Executive to join our team at GroXPro. This role involves reaching out to potential customers over the phone, generating interest in our products and services, and converting leads into clients. Building strong relationships with customers, achieving calling and sales targets, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibilities. The position offers an in-hand salary of [₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month] along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries professionally.

• Explain, promote, and pitch GroXPro's products and services clearly to prospects.

• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions to generate interest.

• Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into confirmed clients.

• Handle customer queries and objections politely and effectively.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM or Excel.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings or demos when required.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is [any graduate] with [1–3 years] of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply. Clear and confident speaking skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to convince and close deals are important for this profile.
