Job Description
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Prepare and share quotations with customers.
Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into orders.
Coordinate with customers and suppliers for order processing.
Maintain customer records and update sales data.
Generate new leads through calling and online platforms.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Support daily sales and office operations.
Ensure timely response to customer queries and provide excellent service.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email is required.
