Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate (Fresher)
Location: Thubarahalli
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: 12,000 to 14,000

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Timings: 09:00am to 6:00pm
Experience: 0–6months (Freshers welcome)

Job Summary:

We are hiring energetic and confident fresher to join our team as Telecaller. You will be the first point of contact for potential buyers, responsible for making outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and booking appointments for site visits.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads from our database or marketing campaigns

• Explain property/project details clearly and persuasively

• Fix appointments and schedule site visits for the sales team

• Follow up with interested clients regularly

• Maintain call logs and update client responses in CRM

• Support the sales team with daily telecommunication tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)

• Excellent communication skills in English and any regional language

• Basic computer knowledge – MS Excel, phone/email etiquette

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the real estate industry

• Positive attitude, confidence and good convincing skills
