We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at at Foresightrealinfra Llp. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue , and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
Handle inbound and outbound calls for residential projects.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to customers.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of leads in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospects regularly to convert inquiries into bookings.
Prepare MIS reports and share daily/weekly updates with management.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign leads and responses.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide proper assistance.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
