Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business through calling, emailing, WhatsApp, and follow-ups
Sell digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, Website, Lead Generation, etc.)
Handle and close leads provided by marketing as well as self-generated leads
Maintain sales reports, pipeline, and performance tracking
Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
Professional certification sales and marketing will be an advantage.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
Outstanding problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Hard-working individual.
Good time management abilities.
Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
Candidate must be efficient in Basic Word, Excel with good speaking & writing ability in English
