Job Description

Digital Ora is looking for a motivated Telecaller/Telesales Executive to connect with potential business clients, understand their marketing requirements, explain our digital marketing services, generate leads and convert interested prospects into paying customers.

Along with a fixed monthly salary of ₹8,000–₹10,000, the selected candidate will receive an incentive of ₹2,000 for every customer who successfully purchases a service.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and business owners.

• Explain services such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Website Development, Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation.

• Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp and follow-ups.

• Schedule meetings or service demonstrations with interested clients.

• Convert prospective leads into paying customers.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.

• Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation and sales targets.

• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer onboarding.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate

• Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, business development or customer service

• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Positive and target-oriented attitude

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is preferred

• Ability to communicate confidently with potential clients

Salary and Incentive

• Fixed salary: ₹8,000–₹10,000 per month

• Sales incentive: ₹2,000 for every customer who successfully purchases a service

• Incentive potential: No fixed limit; earn more with every successful conversion
