Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

Student Outreach & Counseling: Engage with prospective students and parents via outbound calls to explain higher education opportunities, course matrices, and institutional USPs.

Pipeline Management: Maintain and update lead databases daily, manage Google Sheet tracking logs, and instantly dispatch university brochures and information packets via WhatsApp.

Admission Lifecycle Support: Guide students and parents from initial inquiry through counseling, campus visits, and final admission enrollment.

Your engagement will begin with a structured 4-month probationary period, during which we will heavily invest in your professional growth through hands-on training modules:

1. Tele-Calling & Sales Development: Master communication etiquette, script handling, and objection management to build a strong foundation in sales.

2. Digital Marketing Training: Practical exposure to Content Writing, Meta Ads Management, Social Media Marketing, and AI Video Generation.

3. Data Analytics Tools: Applied training in Advanced Excel and Power BI for data management and reporting.

Note: Successful completion of probation and performance evaluation will lead to a permanent full-time position with career advancement pathways.

### Compensation & Lucrative Incentive Structure:

Base Monthly Stipend: ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 per month during probation.

Daily Milestone Bonus: ₹500 instant cash paid out daily for achieving 3 confirmed admissions in a single day.

Weekly Spiff: ₹1,000 bonus for reaching 10 confirmed admissions in a calendar week.

Bi-Weekly Stream Slabs: Lucrative per-unit conversion rewards ranging from ₹250 up to ₹900 per admission across Arts & Science and Engineering streams.

Shift Timings:

Working Hours: Structured 9.5-hour daily shift at our Gomangalam office.

Candidate Requirements:

Freshers or recent graduates (PG/UG or final-year students looking to kickstart their careers) with strong communication skills.

Proficient in spoken Tamil; basic computer literacy (Google Sheets/WhatsApp Web).

Highly enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and eager to learn sales and digital marketing.
