Role Overview

Baggu Exim Private Limited ko ek active aur result-oriented B2B Telemarketing Executive ki zaroorat hai, jo internet research aur cold calling ke zariye naye B2B clients generate kar sake aur unhe company ke products pitch kar sake.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead Generation & Market Research: Google, B2B portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, LinkedIn), aur directory sources se potential B2B buyers, dealers, aur wholesalers ka verified contact data nikalna.

* Cold Calling & Decision-Maker Reach: Leads par call karke right authority (Purchasing Head, Store Owner, Manager, etc.) se connect karna.

* Product Pitching: Clients ko company ke products ki range, quality aur commercial benefits ache se explain karna.

* Requirement Analysis: Buyer ki specific packaging/product requirements ko samajhna aur unhe best possible solution offer karna.

* Follow-up & Pipeline Management: Prospective clients ke sath regular follow-up maintain karna, product catalog/quotation bhejna, aur deal closing tak support dena.

* CRM & Data Reporting: Daily calls, leads status, aur client feedback ka detailed record maintain karna.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Minimum 1–2 saal ka B2B telecalling ya outbound sales experience.

* Internet research aur data mining mein achhi pakad.

* Excellent Hindi communication skills (English ki basic samajh zaroori).

* Confident tone ke sath cold calling handle karne aur objection handle karne ki capacity.

* Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets aur CRM tools ka knowledge.
