Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team for handling Royal Enfield insurance follow-ups and renewals. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding insurance renewals and policy details for Royal Enfield vehicles.

• Explain insurance features, benefits, and renewal process clearly.

• Maintain a record of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the sales and service team for smooth insurance handling.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and renewal conversions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or local language; basic English preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry).

• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.

• Prior experience in telecalling or insurance is a plus, but freshers can apply.
