We are looking for a Admin cum Tele calling Excutive to join us team Artics Animation Institiute. ob Responsibilities

Telecalling & Student Counseling

• Call inquiry leads and provide information about courses.

• Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.

• Schedule counseling sessions and campus visits.

• Maintain regular follow-ups until admission is completed.

• Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.

• Build strong relationships with students and parents.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Handle front office and student inquiries.

• Maintain student records and admission documentation.

• Manage attendance, reports, and office files.

• Coordinate with faculty and the admissions team.

• Prepare receipts, forms, and basic administrative reports.

• Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and admission events.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

• Confident and professional phone etiquette.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Basic computer and internet skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
