Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage client interactions, resolve queries, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will act as the key point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring a positive customer experience and long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages
Address customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) for timely service delivery
Provide product/service information and recommend solutions based on customer needs
Achieve customer satisfaction and retention targets
Assist in feedback collection and suggest process improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar role
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (verbal and written)
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred Skills:
Experience in a customer-facing role in industries like real estate, banking, telecom, or e-commerce
Familiarity with customer handling metrics (CSAT, NPS, etc.)
Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
