Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote home loan products.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant loan options.
Generate leads and schedule follow-ups for loan processing.
Maintain a database of leads and update call records.
Coordinate with the sales team for further processing.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Key Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of home loan products and banking processes (preferred).
Ability to handle customer queries and objections.
Proficiency in local language and English.
Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus.
