Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Nedisha Group is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to generate business opportunities, engage prospective customers, and support the sales team by converting leads into qualified business prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing clients.

• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

• Explain company products and services professionally.

• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and quotations.

• Maintain daily call records and update the CRM/database.

• Build strong customer relationships through regular communication.

• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead conversion.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and provide prompt support.

• Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English (Gujarati is an added advantage).

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).

• Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.

• Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.

Qualification

• 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)

Experience

• 1–6 years in Tele Sales, or field sales

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday

• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
