Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executive to generate leads.

Data will be given to them.

The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle client

conversations professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to clients and generate leads.

• Fix appointments and meetings for the sales team.

• Introduce company products and services over calls and WhatsApp.

• Maintain client database and follow-up records.

• Handle client inquiries and coordinate.

• Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.

• Maintain regular follow-ups for business conversion.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and WhatsApp.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

• Ability to speak Hindi, English, and Marathi preferred.

• Prior telecalling / customer support / sales experience preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Qualification:

• HSC / Graduate / Undergraduate
