We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive who can manage customer relationships until the sale and support.

Responsibilities:

Call potential customers and explain the Rentopus software.
Follow up with customers until they complete the purchase.
Help customers by answering questions via call/WhatsApp.
Maintain basic records of calls and customer details.

Requirements:

Must know Hindi, Gujarati, and Basic English.
Good communication and polite customer handling.
Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, MS Office).
Ability to understand customer needs and give clear explanations.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
