Roles & Responsibilities of a Tele caller (Female):

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and attend inbound calls professionally.

• Explain product or service details clearly to customers.

• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain call records.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain a daily call and lead report.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.

• Maintain polite and professional communication at all times.

• Update customer information accurately in the system.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.

  • Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.

  • Prepare engaging presentations to highlight product benefits to customers.

  • Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups with the customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi

• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems.

• Ability to handle rejection and work under targets.

• Customer-oriented attitude.

• Prior experience as a tele caller or similar role is an added advantage.
