About the Role
We're looking for a confident, articulate communicator to lead outreach to investors and potential business partners. This role is central to our growth strategy — you'll be the first point of contact for building and nurturing high-value relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively call, email, and network with potential investors to generate interest and pitch opportunities
Identify and reach out to prospective business partners for collaborations and strategic alliances
Build and maintain a CRM/pipeline of investor and partner contacts
Prepare pitch decks, follow-up materials, and briefing notes for meetings
Represent the company professionally in calls, meetings, and events
Coordinate with founders/leadership to align outreach strategy with fundraising and partnership goals
Track and report on outreach metrics (calls made, meetings booked, conversions)
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience in sales, business development, investor relations, or a related field preferred
Confidence in cold-calling and networking with senior stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple relationships/pipelines
Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
