Job Title: Patient Counsellor – Telecalling
Praanaa Pain Clinic

• Handle patient objections and address concerns about treatment, costs, and expected outcomes over the phone.

• Collect MRI/X-ray reports, understand the doctor’s assessment, and explain it to patients in simple language.

• Explain doctor-recommended treatment options, plans, costs, and the clinic’s treatment process.

• Pre-qualify patients over the phone by understanding their concerns, previous treatments, expectations, and readiness to proceed.

• Coordinate with doctors for report review and confirmation of treatment suitability.

• Complete counselling and coordination over the phone so suitable patients arrive at the clinic prepared for their planned treatment, subject to the doctor’s final assessment.

• Follow up with enquiries, build patient trust, and convert qualified leads into treatment appointments.

• Maintain accurate patient details, call notes, and follow-up updates in the CRM.

• Meet agreed conversion targets while communicating honestly and empathetically.

Requirements

• Good communication in KANNADA, listening, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.

• Experience in healthcare counselling, telecalling, or sales preferred.

• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work responsibly as part of a team.
