We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Fundraising Telecaller to support our fundraising initiatives. The role involves contacting potential donors over the phone, explaining our cause, and encouraging contributions to support our programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for social impact.
Make outbound calls to potential donors using provided databases
Clearly explain the organization’s mission, programs, and fundraising goals
Persuade donors to contribute and guide them through the donation process
Maintain accurate records of calls, donor feedback, and contributions
Build positive relationships with donors and address their questions or concerns
Follow call scripts while personalizing conversations when appropriate
Meet daily/weekly fundraising and call targets
Adhere to ethical fundraising practices and data privacy guidelines
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to convince and engage people over the phone
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or calling software
Strong listening skills and a positive attitude
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or fundraising
Experience working with NGOs or non-profit organizations
Multilingual abilities (preferred but not mandatory)
