Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, generating leads, and supporting sales activities over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers
Handle inbound inquiries and provide product/service information
Generate and follow up on leads
Maintain customer database and update records
Explain product features and benefits clearly
Coordinate with sales team for conversions
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
