Job Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
· Explain Livpure products and services clearly to customers and address their queries.
· Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into sales opportunities.
· Maintain regular communication with interested customers and close sales effectively.
· Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
· Maintain and update customer data, sales records, and follow-up details in the system/CRM.
· Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
· Graduate in any discipline.
· Freshers are welcome to apply.
· Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
· Sales-driven attitude with good negotiation abilities.
· Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools is preferred.
