Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mobile phones.
Explain mobile features, specifications, prices, and available offers clearly.
Handle mobile phone sales and complete the sales process.
Provide excellent customer service.
Maintain the mobile display and keep the shop neat and organised.
Follow up with customers whenever required.
Work with the team to achieve sales targets.
Job Requirements:
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge and interest in smartphones and mobile brands.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Basic English communication skills are preferred.
Qualification: Graduate / Any Degree
Experience: Freshers / Experienced Candidates are Welcome.
Expected Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year
