We are looking for a Dynamic candidate to join our team at WorkSetu. This role involves Blue collar Hiring and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving targets. Identifying leads, pitching services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of 8K to 12K based on interview along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th passes and Freshers are welcome. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to Hire candidates are important for this profile. Proficiency in Communication is an added advantage.
