We are looking for a results-driven Telecaller & Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be the voice of our brands, responsible for engaging with customers, explaining the benefits of our products (such as window mosquito nets and storage solutions), and converting inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English and a "never-give-up" attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Call potential customers who have inquired about our products through Amazon, Flipkart, or social media.
Product Expertise: Explain the unique features of our products (e.g., our double-zipper hook mosquito nets) and how they solve customer problems.
Sales Conversion: Guide customers through the purchasing process and close sales to meet monthly targets.
Customer Support: Handle post-purchase queries, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all calls, follow-ups, and sales status in our system.
Feedback Loop: Report common customer concerns or suggestions to the marketing team to help improve our products.
Requirements & Skills
Education: Graduate or 12th Pass with relevant experience.
Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (e.g., BPO or retail).
Communication: Fluent in Hindi & English
Soft Skills: Convincing power, patience, and a professional phone etiquette.
Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ability to learn CRM tools quickly.
