Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and confident Sales Associate who will be responsible for cold calling potential clients, generating leads, and fixing appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients (B2B)

• Introduce Vingrow’s products and services effectively

• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings

• Maintain a daily calling database and follow-ups

• Handle basic client queries and build initial rapport

• Coordinate with the internal sales team for conversions

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate

• Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

• Confidence in speaking and convincing over calls

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus
