We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team. The role focuses on expanding the client base, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products.
Generate leads and follow up on inquiries.
Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and update records regularly.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for better conversions.
