Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads.
Explain health insurance plans, features, benefits, and policy terms.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful sales.
Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
Handle customer queries and resolve objections professionally.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Update customer details and call records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for policy issuance.
Assist customers with policy renewals and documentation.
Cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products when applicable.
Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
