Job Title: Telecaller - Sales & Operations

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and communication-driven Telecaller to join the Truck Sathi team. Is role mein aapko potential clients se connect karna hoga aur unhe hamari services jaise GPS devices (jo sabhi tarah ke vehicles ke liye available hain, sirf trucks ke liye nahi), FASTag, aur vehicle insurance ke bare mein guide aur pitch karna hoga.

Key Responsibilities (Zimmedariyan):

• Daily outbound calls karke leads ko contact karna aur unhe Truck Sathi ki services (GPS, FASTag, Insurance) ke benefits samjhana.

• Har tarah ke vehicles ke owners ko unki requirement ke hisaab se sahi GPS device aur solutions provide karna.

• Leads aur daily call reports ko MS Excel aur company ke CRM mein accurately update karna.

• Clients ke queries ko solve karna aur regular follow-ups ke zariye sales close karna.

• Apne assigned monthly sales targets ko achieve karna aur business growth mein apna contribution dena.

Requirements (Zaroori Yogyata):

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass ya usse upar.

• Experience: 1 se 2 saal ka Sales / Pre-sales ya Telecalling mein experience.

• Skills: Basic Computer knowledge aur MS Excel par kaam karna aana chahiye.

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills aur customer-first approach.

Other Details:

• Working Hours: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM

• Working Days: 6 Days a week

• Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 / month

• It is a Full Time అమ్మకాలు / వ్యాపార అభివృద్ధి job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
