Triumph Holidays is a fast-growing Tours & Travels company specializing in Domestic & International Holiday Packages, Visa Assistance, Flight Bookings, Hotel Reservations, MICE, Honeymoon Packages, and Customized Travel Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

• Contact potential customers and generate travel enquiries.

• Explain domestic and international tour packages, visa services, flights, hotels, and holiday offers.

• Follow up with customers regularly and convert enquiries into bookings.

• Maintain customer records and follow-up status in CRM/Excel.

• Coordinate with the Sales and Operations team for quotations and bookings.

• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service.

• Achieve daily calling and monthly conversion targets.

Eligibility

• Any Degree/Diploma

• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience

• Experience in Tours & Travels, BPO, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales is preferred.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage).

• Confident and pleasant telephone etiquette.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp).

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday

• 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM

• It is a Full Time అమ్మకాలు / వ్యాపార అభివృద్ధి job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
