We are seeking a confident and motivated Telecaller / Education Counsellor to interact with students and parents regarding college admissions and career guidance. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing calls, clearly explaining course and admission details, and supporting students through the enquiry-to-admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for college and university admissions.
Counsel students and parents based on academic background and career goals.
Explain courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and admission processes clearly.
Follow up on student inquiries through calls, messages, and CRM systems.
Convert leads into confirmed admissions.
Maintain accurate records and coordinate with internal teams.
Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.
