Reporting To: Sales Manager / Branch Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, promote the company's products and services, generate leads, follow up with customers, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain products, offers, and services to customers.
Generate sales leads and schedule follow-up calls.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and feedback.
Resolve customer queries or escalate issues to the concerned department.
Maintain accurate customer records in Excel/CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers.
