About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers / Sales Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through cold calling and qualified leads and converting them into clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers (Cold Calling / Provided Leads)

• Handle leads from Google Ads / Just Dial / Marketing campaigns

• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable services:

• Explain pricing plans and service benefits

• Follow up with interested customers

• Convert leads into clients and onboard them

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Maintain lead updates and follow-ups in Excel / CRM
  

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (English (basics) / Tamil / Hindi / Telugu / kannada preferred)

• Strong negotiation and convincing skills

• Target-oriented mindset

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp)

• 0–2 years of sales / telecalling experience (Freshers with good communication can apply)
